At Foster Farm Botanicals, we take pride in the quality of our organic herbs and botanicals. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened items to ensure the highest safety and quality standards for all customers.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food or tea products.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the items with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship them to our farm using a trackable shipping method.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned botanicals, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
